This project consists is the replacement of an existing heavy duty truck maintenance and repair garage.  This new structure is located at and around the existing facility that supports the infrastructure for the existing buildings adjacent to it.  This condition requires to build this new structure around and above the existing in order to refeed those services to the other buildings with little to no interruption.
