Family owned and operated since 1982, Hansen’s Pool and Spa is a full service Pool, Spa and total Family Entertainment retailer in Somers Wisconsin.  As their business continued to grow, the need for a larger facility became necessary.  In 2015 Camosy was selected as the constructor for Hansen’s new 33,000 square foot facility located on Green Bay Road in Somers.  This Partners in Design project features a 32’-0” tall precast concrete load bearing wall system with a steel column, beam and joist structural system.   The new facility provides both retail showroom space and warehousing area with a depressed dock receiving and shipping area as well as a two story area for offices, employees’ facilities and operations support spaces. The construction was completed in May 2016.
