Camosy Construction Celebrates Jorja Makovsky’s Great Lakes Construction Association Scholarship Award

Camosy Construction is proud to celebrate an outstanding academic achievement within our extended company family. Jorja Makovsky, daughter of Camosy employee Joe Makovsky, has been awarded second place in the Great Lakes Construction Association Scholarship Program, earning a $3,000 scholarship in recognition of her hard work, dedication, and future potential.

The Great Lakes Construction Association Scholarship Program supports students who demonstrate strong academic performance, leadership, and an interest in construction, engineering, or related fields. Receiving this recognition is a significant accomplishment, and we are thrilled to see Jorja’s efforts rewarded on a regional level.

Jorja will be entering her senior year at Cedarville University in Ohio, where she continues to excel academically. This scholarship reflects her commitment to education and the values of perseverance and excellence, which closely align with the construction industry.

At Camosy Construction, we strongly support education, workforce development, and the next generation of construction professionals. Scholarships like those awarded by the Great Lakes Construction Association play an important role in strengthening our industry’s future.

We also want to recognize Joe Makovsky, whose dedication and hard work at Camosy Construction exemplify the same values reflected in Jorja’s achievement. Seeing the success of our employees’ families is incredibly meaningful to our team.

Please join us in congratulating Jorja Makovsky on this well-deserved honor. We wish her continued success as she enters her senior year at Cedarville University this fall and look forward to seeing all she accomplishes.
