Project Description
Carthage College – Lentz Hall Nursing Lab
PROJECT SPECS
Description
Camosy has enjoyed a long-term relationship with Carthage College that dates to the early 1960s when Camosy built the College’s first facility on the Kenosha Campus, which coincidentally was this building, Lentz Hall. Over the many years since then, Camosy has provided both Construction Management and General Contracting services for the College on a wide variety of projects. The College chose a General Contractor delivery for this project. Camosy was the successful General Contractor and provided complete construction services, including Project Management and Field Supervision during the construction phase. This project repurposed approximately 5,300 sf of existing space in Lentz Hall to create new classrooms and lab facilities for the college’s new nursing program. The work was conducted during regular work hours while keeping the balance of the building fully operational throughout construction.
