Description

Camosy is the Construction Manager for the Countryside Fire Protection District Addition and Renovation work at their Station No. 2. Camosy is providing comprehensive CM Services from Preconstruction through warranty and beyond. The project is now in construction following a successful bidding period.

Camosy Construction is currently underway with the additions and renovations at the Countryside Fire Station. The project features a 1,600 square foot addition that will provide a new training room and storage room. Interior renovations are in progress, including the installation of new doors and hardware, new storefronts, and custom millwork for the kitchen, bunk rooms, bathrooms, living quarters, and offices. Additional improvements include new bathrooms and upgraded lighting throughout the facility. Site work is also ongoing, with the construction of a new asphalt parking lot featuring concrete aprons at the apparatus bays, and the resurfacing of apparatus bay floors with a durable epoxy coating. These enhancements are designed to improve operational efficiency, provide modern amenities for staff, and ensure the facility meets the evolving needs of its users.
