Exterior restoration of the historic Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Model C3 American System-Built Home, a contributing property within Milwaukee’s Burnham Block Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places. The project includes replacing the existing stucco and roof, restoring historic wood windows, repairing or replacing deteriorated fascia and trim, reconstructing original architectural features including trellises and flower boxes, and completing associated site improvements. The restoration preserves one of the nation’s few surviving examples of Wright’s innovative American System-Built Homes while extending the life of this nationally recognized historic landmark.
