Camosy is proud to be the selected Construction Manager for Gateway Technical College, a role we’ve earned through consistent performance, trust, and a deep understanding of the college’s evolving needs. At any given time, we have multiple projects underway across Gateway’s campuses, ranging from classroom renovations and lab upgrades to major building additions and infrastructure improvements.

Our team works closely with Gateway’s facilities and leadership teams to plan, phase, and deliver projects that minimize disruption to student learning while maximizing value and long-term performance. With each project, we stay focused on safety, collaboration, and quality, helping Gateway create modern and flexible learning environments that prepare students for today’s workforce.
