Camosy was contracted for complete Construction Management at Risk services including complete Pre-Construction services starting at the Design Phase and through the Construction and Warranty phase including all Field Supervision.  All services were performed by Camosy as the prime contractor with no partnership or joint venture.  “Green” and Sustainable features included. The Student Life Center, Job Center, Vet Tech Building, and Manufacturing Building were all pieces of this contract that received renovations and additions.
