Description

IN PRECONSTRUCTION

The IBEW Local 430 New Union Hall project consists of the construction of an approximately 12,000-square-foot facility along with associated site improvements in the Village of Mt. Pleasant, Wisconsin. Strategically located at the intersection of Highway 20 and West Road, the new facility is designed to support the union’s administrative, training, and member engagement needs while providing a modern, functional gathering space.

The building program includes a large meeting hall with capacity for 125 to 150 attendees, allowing for union meetings, events, and community functions. A fully equipped catering kitchen will support events of varying sizes, enhancing the building’s flexibility for both internal and external use.

Additional interior spaces include a conference room designed to accommodate 12 or more participants, a classroom sized for 24 to 32 individuals to support training and educational programs, and a welcoming reception area. The facility will also feature three to four private offices for administrative staff, along with standard support spaces such as restrooms, storage areas, janitorial facilities, and mechanical rooms.

Site improvements will include parking accommodations for approximately 75 to 90 vehicles, as well as on-site stormwater detention to manage runoff and support sustainable site design.

This new union hall will serve as a central hub for IBEW Local 430, providing a modern, efficient space that supports both daily operations and long-term growth.
