Lake Villa Fire Protection District – Station No. 2

Description

Camosy has enjoyed a long relationship with the Lake Villa Township Fire Protection District providing both General Contracting and Construction Management services over many years. Since 2007, all work with the District has been contracted with Camosy under Construction Management at Risk delivery and has included two new Satellite Fire Stations and a series of renovation and site improvement projects throughout the District. This project provided extensive renovation to Station #2 and included a complete rework of the Kitchen, Dayroom, Sleeping Quarters, Locker Area, conversion to private toilet rooms, new windows and exterior maintenance, and improvements to the HVAC system. This project finished and complemented a renovation of the Training Room and Administrative Office spaces completed two years earlier.
