Description

This new fire station was designed by FGM Architects and includes 12,600 square feet of new construction and is the satellite fire station that will serve the western portion of the Lake Villa Fire Protection District. It has a three-wide double-deep apparatus bay area, a day room, a kitchen, a bunk room, a locker room, a library, a fitness room, a shift commander’s office, a communications room, turn-out gear space and a gear wash room.

Services Provided

Camosy services included all phases of work from Pre-Construction and Construction through the completion of the two-year warranty period. Camosy provided complete CM services including budgeting, estimating, value engineering, constructability review, quality control, scheduling, logistical planning, project management and full-time, on-site field supervision during construction.
