Description
IN PRECONSTRUCTION
Following a competitive Quality Based Selection process, Camosy was selected as the Construction Manager at Risk in April 2024 for two major projects for the Village of Schaumburg, Illinois. The projects include a new 64,000 SF Village Hall and a new 146,000 SF Police Station facility.
The new facility will include offices, booking area and holding cells, a gun range, conference rooms of varying size and complexity, evidence storage and processing, physical training areas, locker rooms, and an indoor parking garage. Additionally, a large outdoor parking field with both secured and unsecured parking will be developed, along with an extensive landscape plan to beautify the site. The project is now in the early Schematic Design Phase and scheduled to start construction in early 2027. Camosy is providing complete CM at Risk services for both the Police Station and Village Hall projects.
