Description
Over those many years, Camosy has provided both Construction Management and General Contracting services for the College on a wide variety of projects. After a Competitive Bidding Process, Camosy was the low-bidder, responsible contractor for renovating the existing classroom space in the Todd Wehr Center into a Campus Health Clinic for students. This project includes 1,450sf of renovation with three exam rooms, a patient waiting-area, reception, and office space for the clinic staff. Like most of our work at Carthage and other educational institutions, we performed all construction while the building was occupied.
